The concerned article emphatically focuses on inter-personal leadership styles and highlights ways, adopting which, a leader will be able to guide a diversified team, where team member from different culture will collaborate and work together. In the concerned article, the author finally reaches to the conclusion that while leading global virtual teams, a leader also needs to be thoroughly aware about the social and cultural identities of the concerned country and in this context, leader also needs to focus on the individual differences between different employees while also needs to examine their needs and expectations. The concerned article supports my subtopic because while now, various teams and organizations are going global, having understanding about global values and sentiments is necessarily important for the leaders working in an organization.
